This page describes the process and fees associated with requesting a RESALE PACKET - RESALE CERTIFICATE and/or STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT(SOA) from Regency Estates Homeowners Association (REHOA) needed in the process of a Transfer or Refinance.

The initial RESALE CERTIFICATE and STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT(SOA) may be requested by the homeowner through the REHOA Portal owner login using the "Requests" feature. The form associated with the request must be filled in completely. The form is not officially submitted to REHOA until the "complete" button has been clicked on after digitally signing. The system will provide prompts. Please be aware that it may take up to 8 business days to process and deliver the RESALE CERTIFICATE and/or STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT(SOA).

The “RESALE CERTIFICATE” itself has information on the property such as unpaid assessments, special assessments, improvements or lawsuits. It includes the Restrictions and Rules (Covenants), (REHOA) Bylaws, and initial STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT(SOA).

Should the property owner be unable to access the REHOA Portal owner login, the realtor or title company may email: regencyestateshoa@easyhoa.email with "Resale Packet” in the subject line.

ONLY THE PROPERTY OWNER ON RECORD HAS THE AUTHORITY TO MAKE THE REQUEST FOR THESE ITEMS BINDING THE ASSOCIATED FEES LISTED BELOW TO SAID PROPERTY.

NOTE:

1. The “STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT(SOA)” is a separate document which is normally included in the RESALE PACKET along with the RESALE CERTIFICATE. It also lists any fees associated with the property or the Association.
2. The “Transfer fee” is a fee that (REHOA) charges anytime there is a transfer of property from one owner to another. It’s important to note that there is a $300.00 fee that is charged in addition to the “STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT(SOA)” and “RESALE CERTIFICATE” fees to the property account upon request.
3. The "Refinance fee" is a fee that (REHOA) charges anytime there is a refinancing performed by the same owner. It’s important to note that this is a $100.00 fee that is charged in addition to the “STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT(SOA)” and “RESALE CERTIFICATE” fees to the property account upon request.

Initial resale certificate - $100.00

Resale request update (1-14 days) - $0

Resale request update (15–180 days) - $35.00

Initial SOA request, regular 8-business day delivery - $120.00

Initial SOA request, 48-hour rush - $200.00

Update SOA request, (1-30 days) - $0

Update SOA request, (31–90 days) - $50.00
